Marriage Retreat

This marriage retreat is a great blend of reflection, connection, and fun. Led by Rabbis Loren and Micah Lapidus, it is designed for couples ranging from newly married to around 15 years of marriage. For the first time, it is two nights, allowing for more free time to enjoy Brasstown Valley Resort and the North Georgia Mountains! We will begin Friday at 5:00 PM, with an option to arrive early, and conclude Sunday morning (our formal program ends Saturday night so couples can enjoy Sunday morning at their leisure and depart on their own schedule)

The cost is only $500 per couple for the entire weekend, including:

• Two nights in a king or queen bed room, including taxes and resort fee, at Brasstown Valley Resort in the North Georgia Mountains.
• Meals starting with Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast, including snacks and beverages*
• Activities* during the retreat program

*not included: additional activities such as spa treatments or horseback riding; alcoholic beverages outside of dinner time; transportation up to the resort

Schedule
Friday, March 8

• Arrive at Brasstown Valley hotel between 4 and 5 PM to check into rooms and get settled in (you are welcome to arrive earlier in the day to enjoy the area)
• 5:00 PM Happy Hour/Introductions
• Shabbat program and dinner, ending around 9:30 PM

Saturday, March 9

• Breakfast available at the restaurant
• 9-11:30 Programming
• Lunch and free time
• 1:30-3:30 Programming
• Free time
• Dinner
• Couples’ painting workshop (think “sips and strokes”)
• Havdalah and concluding conversation

Sunday, March 10

• Breakfast and departure at your leisure.

Cancelation Policy

This close to the retreat, the registration is mostly nonrefundable. However, if you have to cancel, we will work with you to fill your spot or refund anything we are able to get back from the hotel.
