We will be joined by Eszter Bardi, Chair of the Ga/Al Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and a specialist in federal court immigration litigation address the attendees.  The CLE will cover Writs of Habeas Corpus, with an emphasis on immigration related detentions for US citizens, permanent residents, documented non-citizens as well as undocumented individuals (children and adults). The materials will include actual Petitions and Orders and hands-on instructions, including registering in the Middle and Southern Districts of Ga. The presentation will be geared to litigators and non-litigators alike, as well as immigration lawyers.
