The Omer is the time between Passover and Shavuot, known as an auspicious time for turning inward, a spring cleaning for the soul. Jewish tradition has created a kabbalah-based framework, inspired by the biblical injunction to count each day during this time, through which we are able to explore the values of love, discipline, beauty, balance, and more.
