ABOUT THE INFANT PROGRAM
(3 months-12 months)
The first 12 months of life for your baby are so important developmentally, and at the WELC we take the job of helping our infants grow very seriously! Through loving and nurturing teachers and a safe and secure environment, we will help your baby reach those important first milestones. The WELC and The Temple are here to be part of your community support system during this ever-changing and important part of your life.
Hours
WELC’s programs are flexible allowing parents to choose which days and times they want their children to attend. The Infant Extended Day Program operates from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and is year-round, including winter and spring holidays. Families can choose between two-day, three-day, and five-day programs.
Communication
We know how important every detail is when taking care of an infant. At WELC parents will receive daily reports and each infant will have an individualized daily schedule and his/her own crib.
Class Size
We have a 3:1 ratio of highly trained, loving, and experienced teachers who love the infants in their class as though they were their own.

PARENT TESTIMONIAL
“Peace of mind. Finding a daycare for our son, was an overwhelming experience. As soon as we visited the WELC, we knew it was the place for him. We drop him off every day knowing that he is in a loving and nurturing environment. We are grateful for this experience for him, and look forward to watching him grow with the help of the amazing staff that serve him every day.”

TEACHER TESTIMONIAL
"Working with the infants at the WELC is one of the most rewarding roles! I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to work with young children and help partake in nurturing them to mature cognitively and behaviorally, in addition to comforting them and keeping them safe. Being responsible for the happiness of so many others beyond myself is incredibly rewarding! I am also very lucky to witness a number of "first" milestones in the life of an infant. The babies rely on me and I am so thankful to play a very crucial role at the beginning of their development."
