Born and raised in Or Yehuda, Israel, Shai is known for cuisine that reflects his diverse background, blending Turkish, Libyan, Moroccan, Persian, and Israeli accents. His cooking relies heavily on local, seasonal ingredients and offers something for everyone. Expect multiple courses, including mezze (small plates), entrees, and dessert with coffee and tea. We will have the entire restaurant so the menu can be adjusted for dietary needs/ allergies (please note in registration).
