Fervor: A Journey Back in Time From Buenos Aires to Germany
Benefit Concert to Support Emergency Relief in Israel

The Temple is one of Atlanta’s most historic institutions with the most innovative production capability—making it the perfect setting for timeless classical chamber repertoire dynamically reimagined in a new series bringing together the city’s finest artists with renowned international instrumentalists in a visually stunning space.

The Temple’s state-of-the-art media infrastructure will make the chamber players more accessible and showcase their vibrancy as people and artists. Through pre-recorded interviews played before they take the stage, audiences will gain a more personal understanding of what each musician offers - not just musically - but their influences, their quirks, what motivates them, their professional journeys, their hobbies beyond music, and where they find inspiration.

Audiences will be delighted by the intimate, immersive experience of live, close-up views of nimble playing, expressive artistry, and other nuances made possible through projection on the big screens.

The season opener program will include Piazzolla’s Primavera Portena (Spring), Mendelssohn’s Piano Trio No.1 Op.49, and Schumann’s Piano Quintet Op.44 performed by ASO Concertmaster David Coucheron, violin; ASO Associate Concertmaster Justin Bruns, violin; Josiah Coe, viola; Roee Harran, cello; and Julie Coucheron, piano. Stay after for a reception and to meet the musicians.

In light of the devastating events in Israel, The Temple will donate a portion of the proceeds of this concert to Magen David Adom, Israel's national organization for emergency medical services and blood donation.
