This 12-session class will focus on basic Hebrew conversation. Learners should already know the Hebrew alphabet and how to read Hebrew. Students will learn basic vocabulary and foundational grammar to
begin holding simple conversations and understanding everyday texts.

Bio: Matt Adler is a native of Washington, D.C. and is a newly minted Atlantan.  He is a proud dual citizen of the U.S. and Israel.  While In Israel, Matt lived in Tel Aviv and explored 120 different municipalities.  He is the author of the book "More Than Just Hummus: A Gay Jew Discovers Israel in Arabic".  Matt speaks eight languages, so he knows the challenges of learning a new language.  He has been teaching Modern Hebrew for over a decade.  Matt enjoys helping people achieve their language goals, encouraging people to laugh *with* their mistakes and to have fun while doing so!"
