More than Massage: Caring for yourself amidst an overwhelming world - with Dr. Beth Krakow, Shalom Care chair
- We are living in overwhelming times! For this reason, self care is not a luxury, it's essential! The term "self care" has become synonymous with massage, manicures/pedicures and buying "self care" items. What does it really mean, though, to practice self care? In this group we'll discuss this in greater detail. Attendees will participate in an interactive session aimed to educate but also provide guidance on what self care means for each unique participant. What does it mean for you? Join us to find out!
