Cultivate Mindfulness, Deepen Connection, and Enliven Jewish Life
We encourage you to attend in person as we will be practicing mindfulness in addition to our learning. Rabbi Myriam Klotz, a Senior Core Faculty with the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, will join us to kick off our conversation on Spiritual Wellness.

Rabbi Myriam Klotz is Senior Core Faculty with the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, serving as faculty for 18 month spiritual development clergy cohorts. Myriam has developed Jewish embodied practices and Jewish spiritual direction trainings and teachings for over twenty years. She is the founding director of the Spirituality Initiative at HUC-JIR NYC where she served from 2010-2020. Most recently through IJS Myriam has been developing programming that focuses on social justice as integral to Jewish spiritual practice. Myriam grew up in Atlanta and attended The Temple throughout her young adult years. She now lives in Philadelphia, PA with her spouse Rabbi Margot Stein and their son, Raffi.
