Enjoy beauty, peace and discovery at the magnificent Shri Swaminarayan Mandir. Prepare to stroll through the 30-acress of tranquility with our guided tour. Additionally, we will visit the Gift and Book shop along with enjoying a vegetarian lunch at the Shayona Café after our 1-hour guided tour. Rabbi Lapidus will join for the tour. 

Cost: $5 to help cover transportation, but you’re encouraged to bring a can of vegetarian food for a local Hindu organization. Lunch and shopping will be paid for on your own.

Timing: Meet at 10:00am at The Temple to ride the bus or meet us at 10:45am for the tour of Shri Swaminarayan Mandir (460 Rockbridge Road, NW Lilburn, GA 30047). 

In 2007 this monument was opened to the public. Over 106,000 cubic feet of Italian Carrera were used to create this larger-than-life edifice. Some 34,000 hand-carved pieces were shipped from India in a total of 346 containers to Atlanta.
