Reps. John Carson and Esther Panitch are calling for the passage of their bipartisan bill, HB30, to expand state protections against antisemitism. Rep. Carson, R-northeast Cobb, is a Christian, and Rep. Panitch, D-Sandy Springs, is the only Jewish member of the Georgia House of Representatives. The proposed legislation would bring antisemitism under the umbrella of Georgia’s existing hate crimes laws. Join Reps.
